Done. At least I've got the files (text & cover) print-ready and on their way. This was a very smooth project. Only a few personality conflicts and a little bit of compromise. I try to block out the technical glitches and the time the keyer forgot to back-up the files...I put that behind me. Oh and the dingbat (no I'm not talking about the editor) thing was a pain. There's always something.
All in all my, team did a great job. We met our deadline. We stayed on schedule (for the most part). We managed to give everyone what they needed (almost when they needed it) and I'm pretty sure we produced a quality book.
