I met with editorial today to discuss a new book at the acquisition stage. It's a big one, 130,000 words. We set up a tentative production schedule and worked out cost details. They want this one in the Spring Catalogue, release date May. It's tight but editorial assures me it is a good ms and copy edit will be completed by January.
